The workshop is personalized and limited to 10 new chairs each year. Its central feature is a consultative model in which attendees prepare a case as prework describing their challenge or problem.
The MU team leading the workshop brings together national consultants and faculty, providing content, consultation, and support.
While not all problems are solved, participants leave the workshop with a path forward, a greater sense of community, and new relationships that they can call on in the future.
