The TLRO hosted a virtual hooding ceremony to celebrate Sebastian Cardona Ramirez’s doctoral graduation.
The nationwide and international celebration included friends and family from Manizales, Colombia. In addition to the virtual audience, Cardona Ramirez’s mother traveled from Colombia to attend in-person.
